From 24 to 27 of July 2008, Barcelona, Spain will host gay, lesbian, bisexual, trangdender and open-minded athletes from all around Europe, and also elsewhere.

EuroGames Barcelona 2008 will consist of 28 sporting events together with a range of cultural and leisure activities based in and around the city.

The event will make its mark on Barcelona for a few days as more than 5,000 sporting participants descend upon the city from all corners of Europe.

As the date approaches we will be bringing you full coverage of the event together with the final celebration party!

Barcelona Carnival takes place from the 31st of January until the 1st of February. It is worth noting that rather than one single parade, Barcelona takes a different approach. Instead, all of the local districts have their own separate parades, each district trying to out do the other. Flamboyant and crazy, man of the parades take place during the evening.
